Flower share subscriptions are a type of CSA or Community Supported Agriculture. CSA is a term often associated with co-ops for delivering fresh farm produce, but CSA is open to any type of farm, including a flower farm. Yay! A flower subscription means that you are investing in our farm and are a vital part of our success as a locally owned small business. In return you will receive beautiful cut flower arrangements that have fragrant blooms, longer vase life, and unique varieties that are free from harsh chemicals. You will also gain the satisfaction of supporting local, urban agricultural production
Can you deliver them to my home or office?
We’d be happy to. Our delivery locations currently include the following zip codes: 30002, 30033, 30324, 30329, 30030 and 30307. Areas of Norcross and East Cobb will soon be added to the list so reach out to us if you live in these areas and we’ll see if we can make it happen. Your first delivery will include a large mason jar and for the remaining deliveries, we’ll drop a new bouquet into a vase or container left on your porch/desk. A shady location is a must to maintain the freshest quality during summer months.
Bouquets will last 1-2 weeks if properly cared for. Change water and cut 1/4 inch off stems every other day.
Where do I pick up my flowers?
You’ll be given an address in Avondale Estates once you sign up.
We kindly ask that you please bring a container of water to safely transport your blooms.
What day is pickup?
Fridays. Anytime between 3-6 pm
What happens if I’m on vacation or not able to pick up my flowers?
With advanced notice, we can accommodate vacations and times when pickup is not available, within reason. A few options to this situation would be to double up on one week or, weather allowing, we can add an additional pickup at the end of the season, or you can gift the flowers to a friend, just let us know if there is a switch on the pickup person. If flowers are not picked up during pick up times and we have not heard from you, they will be donated.
What if I forget to pick up my flowers?
We’ll be sending you an email first thing on Friday morning as a reminder, we know how crazy the day can get so we’ll do our part to help keep you organized. Besides, it’s sure to be a bright spot on your Friday calendar.
Are subscriptions refundable?
No. However, you can transfer your subscriptions to a different season or a different recipient.
Your flower subscription fee includes the flower share of your choice, plus members-only emails with detailed information about bouquet ingredients, general farm happenings, and first notice about upcoming specials
